When we are closed, if you have a medical problem which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please dial 111 or visit the local NHS walk-in centre (nearest walk-in centres are in Ashford and Woking).
Dial 111 to access the NHS 111 service; it is free to call from both landlines and mobiles. You will be directed to the service that is best able to meet your needs, taking into account your location, the time of day you are calling and the capacity of local services.
You can also use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk). 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
If your situation is life-threatening you should dial 999.
