We have had significant sickness today and both rail and road closures have further impacted our ability to help as many people as we would usually expect on a Monday.

We will be making adjustments to the form opening times to manage capacity today:

Forms will close at 10:00am

Phone lines will remain open as usual but we request that routine issues wait until our forms are open tomorrow morning.
